Priority Towing Service Police Initiated Tow Release Procedure

Your vehicle has been towed to our facility at the request of a law enforcement agency. We must follow this procedure to meet our requirements.

To retrieve your vehicle you must present the following documents and pay your bill in full:

1. Photo Identification: Acceptable forms of photo identification include: Any State or Federal government issued photo identification card (drivers license or ID card)


2. Proof of Vehicle Ownership: Current permanent registration document (3-day permits not accepted), OR the vehicle title with your name printed of the front of it. 3. Payment in Full – Cash, Credit Cards and Debit Cards Accepted.

Please note: Arizona Revised Statute 28-3511 applies to all 20-Day Holds or 7-Day Holds and sets the daily storage rate to $25.00 per day for vehicles towed under this statute statewide. Priority Towing LLC has different rates for towing and storing vehicles for each law enforcement agency that are defined by our contracts with the following agencies:

Gilbert Police Department Towed Vehicles	Vehicle Location: Your vehicle is located at our Chandler, AZ storage facility. Call our main office at 602-232-6006 to learn your vehicle's location and pending charges. Priority Towing Chandler: 945 N Arizona Ave. Chandler, AZ Standard Light Duty Tow Rates: Tow- $75.00/hr. & $6.00/mile Storage - $35/day for vehicles not subject to ARS 28-3511. Arizona Dept. of Public Safety Towed Vehicles	Vehicle Location: Your vehicle is located at one of our storage facilities.
